It doesn't stop when you are out of high school

I wish that people would grow up and stop acting like babies in the office. My children come home from school with tales of the drama in middle school and high school. Fighting and carrying on, carrying rumors, just acting like brats.

Grown people do the same thing. In the office, they backstab each other, try to get above them on the corporate ladder. People flirt with married people, hang out in the wrong cubicles, steal from their employers...drama drama drama.

Don't we ever grow up?
