We started in 2002. We could provide easy access affordable business plans that people wanted rather than supplying them with business plan software to create there plans.

We basically have lots of business plans that people want.

It's all been straightforward really - getting good websites to link i guess.

Creating it!

That's a secret - we'd have to kill you if we told you!

It's an inside job - this way it's easy / quick to maintain!

All our sales come from our websites.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
We think businesses will depend less on PPC - which quite frankly is getting out of hand. Ecommerce will continue to grow as more countries / people come online and there broadband connections get faster over time.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
We pay hardly anything for advertising - SEO is a bit of a myth - it seems very mysterious but actually it's fundamentally very basic stuff. Create good content pages - get links!
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
Search engines are good providing the results they give are accurate. Sometimes content is changed to fit in with the search engines to a degree.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Creating lots of pages!
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
RSS wasn't as good as we thought it would be.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
All our pages get to the top of google yahoo msn ask etc.
