Employers cannot shoo workplace bullying away

The prevalence of bullying inside the workplace cannot be ignored by the employers who hire these workers. They are his/her responsibility, as much as these workers have the responsibility to work efficiently as well. Employers should not take this lightly, unless they want their companies' names to be dipped in mud because of the legal battles that will ensue. Mind you, the courts are actively campaigning against bullies.
