uhhh, grammar much? lets start with the first sentence shall we? a cubicle is a stationary object which is not going anywhere, a good word to replace "go" with is "get" but thats also slang we'll get into slang at the end of this commment. On to sentence two, you start with a negative statement of the subject from the first sentence, and then switch to a positive statement COMPLETELY negating the first statement asking "how much boring can cubicles 'get'? saying "definitely not boring".... u no makie centsie.
sentence three. will you let yourself go ahead and punish yourself for the rest of your life? you didn't pass highschool did you? slang, punctuation, runon sentence, double use of a word. all of these negative things apply to your question... WILL YOU LET YOURSELF BE PUNISHED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE? first off that sentence separates 1 being into 2 parts... thats not improper grammar, thats an improper thought process.
last sentence. good except for punctuation. and it keeps the readers attention.
btw i decorated my cube that day and now all my co-workers are jealous!!!
Comment #2 Jimbo at 10/07/08 14:37I think the most important aspect of writing is communication. The author here clearly got his point across and not only that provoked an unusual event in the blog world... a NON spam comment! Therefore, he (or she) needs to be congratulated on both counts.
I hope you don't nitpick your coworkers over their grammar too, or they might go from being jealous to being seriously annoyed!
