When you feel like decorating your coworker's cubicle, and not your own, here are some ideas that may or may not spark your interest: - For a little suprise, put up streamers and signs that all say "Happy Birthday" even when his real birthday is actually 5 months away.
- Hate looking at all the empty spots in the cubicle? Cover every available spot with Post-It notes so your coworker can get some color into his world.
- If the cubicle is large enough, put a bear skin rug on the floor and put some animal heads on the walls. That will bring out his inner hunter!
- Try putting caution tape over everything in his cubicle, especially his monitor. No work for you today, Mr. Coworker.
- Or you can just put up posters of rainbows, unicorns, etc. all over his cubicle. Make it look like its not a guy's cubicle at all.
- You could try making it look like a little kid's room too. Add a toy chest and as many decorations as you can to your coworker's cubicle.
- Maybe you can rearrange eveything. By that I mean take everything out of his cubicle except for the computer and a notebook. Be nice and put a pillow in there for your coworker to sit on.
- Replace everything of your coworker's with something else; switch his chair for someone else's, switch his computer with another, and do anything else you can think of.
- Give your coworker a present. Leave a mongoose in a dog carrier on the desk and see what your coworker thinks when he opens the cage. Chaos will definintely redecorate a cubicle.
- Last but not least, make the cubicle smaller. Push in every wall until there is only a 3' x 3' space. Now that is redecorating!
