What inspired you to launch your own website?

I was ill for a couple of years and decided to start my own business in the industry that I had left.

2003 - modern home furniture website

How did you decide on a name for your website?

To have an impact on areas where most of my clients are.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

More style, some alternative products and a little bit of fun.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To maintain it and grow from it.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Kid steps have always helped and now it is really showing.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Not sure I would.

Nothing really.

What has been your biggest challenge?

The ever changing SEO (in the past).

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

SEO

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It allows me to show a varied amount of products and their style, without over filling the pages. Less is more - that is what I have learnt for my client base.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

3 years and lets see where I am in another 5.

Do you enjoy doing what you do

I absolutely love it. The people I meet (or talk too) are from all different industries and I regularly chat or email them to catch up. Businesses, especially my clients, do not have to be the hardened characters of yesteryear, as they enjoy work. That's part of my doing - I create practical, yet fun and vibrant offices for them. I enjoy solving their problems, help them enjoy work and they keep me happy with return orders (and email jokes).

Though it is seldom accredited, still the ambience of any office has much to do with the furniture that has been chosen for it. The correct choice of the mobili ufficio goes a long way in affirming the theme and the existence of the office.
