Due to increased security concerns, MasterLock will now NOT entertain appeals to provide lock combinations for forgotten combinations through any electronic mean. Appeals should now be sent through snail mail.

If you ever lost your MasterLock combination, include in your appeal a NOTARIZED and accomplished Lost Combination Form to prove that you are the owner of the lock. Include a photocopy of the serial bacnumber on the back case of your combination lock. The lock should NOT, in any way, be attached to anything, as they will not provide you with combination.

The Master Lock Company nor HPI provides combinations to end users by phone, mail, or e-mail. If the padlock is not sucured to anything then send it to:

Send a check for $6.00 for each lock. They will return your locks with the right combinations. A lot of the time it is less expensive to go out and buy a new lock, others may find their locks to be sentimental in value.
