The Master Lock Company nor HPI provides combinations to end users by phone, mail, or e-mail. If the padlock is not sucured to anything then send it to: HPI-On-Line P.O. Box 1326 El Cajon, CA 92022-1326
Send a check for $6.00 for each lock. They will return your locks with the right combinations. A lot of the time it is less expensive to go out and buy a new lock, others may find their locks to be sentimental in value.
