What inspired you to launch your own website?

This woudl be a great sales opportunity and to get the word out about packaging.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

back in 2000 or 2001, it was a bare bones and newborn site. Still the same name and idea though!

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It was our corporate name.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We are affordable and can actually solve your packaging problems. We don't shove you off onto an email system or automated phoen line.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To keep the site of course! We want it to be a usefull tool for those looking for packaging supplies.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It evens out.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Develop everythign internally isntead of relying on 3rd party support (hosting, etc)

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None, everythign is going according to plan.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Explaining how things work to the big guys in suits.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Google's adwords and webmaster tools.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It has been less automated that I would liked it to be, but we are working on changing that.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

6 months I hav epersonalyl ran it and I plan to run it until the internet dies or I retire.

How do you service your customers?

By speaking with them one on one, sometimes 3 or 4 experts at a time, to manage their problems and find an appropriate solution to them.

What is your website address?
