| Increasing productivityThe message is clear, and maybe we have known it all along. The concept got entangled somewhere in the "big brother" attitude that decreed that employees should be watched.~~ But supervision is gauged by results, or productivity, and that´s when you let them lose. An employee working at home is a happy employee. He can have a soda or go to the bath room, or even take his dog out, at will. But then he/she sits down again and it´s back to the grinding wheel.
