Zip Notes are the hottest new item in sticky notes. We have begun to ready the product to offer on our website and it should be ready tomorrow September 13.
Zip Notes offer the same great benefits of classic post it notes, but you can choose the length. Just hold in the button and the paper will dispense until you let go.
I bought one of these idiotic Zip Notes machines and boy was I disappointed. The mechanism was broken and so when I put the batteries in, it whirred away and would not stop sending out paper. When I'd stopped that I tried sticking the paper to the wall and it fell off. The glue isn't very strong and frankly it isn't worth the £20 they charged for it. Bin it.
It's not very fair to judge the product based on your receipt of a defective unit. Why wouldn't you return an item you purchased with a broken mechanism?

I did call their London office and spoke with an obnoxious woman who said they wouldn't refund me. I plan to report this company to the Office of Fair Trading.
The paper isn't even sticky. It falls off the wall in a second. The glue is in the middle - really damn stupid.
Sounds like you are just an old crank. Why not write them a letter clearly explaining your problem and that you'd like to exchange it for a working one.
What about the place you bought it? What did they do for you? Who did you buy it from?

Brad: I bought it from THEM.
Their instructions gives a number to call, which is their London office at 9 Royal Avenue in Chelsea, SW3 4QE.
I even went round there after my conversation with the obnoxious woman as I live relatively nearby. I banged on the door - of what actually appears to be a fancy house rather than an office - and there was no answer. The porter of the block told me it was a house and not an office so not sure quite what is going on there either.
Customer service is not a priority to the inventor of this idiotic item. The public should beware of it - don't waste £20 like I did.
