A virtual assistant is basically an assistant that works from their home or other virtual location. Work is completed utilizing the internet, e-mail, phone, fax and US Mail. We work out of our own home offices, eliminating the client's need to supply office space, which in turn saves your company time and money. This is a GREAT way to reduce overhead costs and increase company profits. How does the client directly benefit? Clients only pay for the services requested and only when they need them. VA's are contractors and not employees, which eliminates the need to provide insurance, vacation/sick/holiday time, office space or equipment, benefits or training. Do you only work within certain industries? No, I work with several different industries. I have supported speakers, sales teams, real estate professionals as well as Mary Kay consultants.
